Maxime Thys Handmade are crafts applied to existing clothing. The big dream and next step is of course to release my own clothing line with handicrafts.

Practical

Shipping : Please allow 1-3 days for me to prepare your order for shipment.

Washing instructions : Each product comes with a card with matching washing instructions to keep your clothes in top shape for as long as possible

Displeased?
I try to make as clear as possible what you can expect through the photos, it is of course always possible that you are not satisfied with what you have received.

A. Is your garment broken? Please understand that all pieces that fall under 'HANDMADE' are literally sewn and cut by hand. It is therefore possible that there is a defect. If this is the case, please send me photos to info@maximethys.com within 5 days of receipt and we will find the appropriate solution together. I would like to inform you that it is possible that the sewn-on pieces fray a bit in the beginning, this is normal. Carefully follow the washing instructions provided to keep your clothes as new as possible for as long as possible.

B. You changed your mind. Of course always possible. You have 14 days after receiving the product to change your mind. In this case, send me an email at info@maximethys.com. The shipping costs of the return are for the account of the customer.

C. The size is not right. With every product description I note the size of the garment & the measurements. Please pay attention to this before you place your order. If you have ordered a piece of clothing that does not fit, please send an email to info@maximethys.com and we will look for a suitable solution. In this case, the costs of return are for the account of the customer. Your product must be returned in its original packaging.
