For the quotees / cutees I work on order. This means: no overproduction, YAY. The delivery time is around 10 working days. You will receive a tracking code as soon as your package is in the mail.

Return Policy

Displeased? It can happen, you have 14 days after receiving your package to change your mind.

I try to make as clear as possible what you can expect through the photos, it is of course always possible that you are not satisfied with what you have received. In this case, please contact me here leave a message or send an email to info@maximethys.com within 14 days after receiving your package. The shipping costs of the return are in this case the customer's account. Your package must be in the original condition and packaging be returned and have a tracking code.

Is your garment broken? Please understand that all pieces that fall under 'HANDMADE' are literally sewn and cut by hand. It is therefore possible that there is a defect. If so, send me a message with photos within 14 days of receipt via info@maximethys.com and then we will find the appropriate solution together. Either in the form of a refund, exchange or any other solution that satisfies you. Carefully follow the washing instructions provided to keep your clothes as new as possible for as long as possible. Unfortunately, I can no longer do anything with a response that I receive after the specified 14 days.

The size is not right. With every product description I note the size of the garment & the measurements. Please pay attention to this before you place your order. If you have ordered a piece of clothing that does not fit, please send an email to info@maximethys.com within 14 days of receipt and we will look for a suitable solution. In this case, the costs of return are for the account of the customer . Your package must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

The size you received does not match the size you ordered , first check whether the size on the garment corresponds to the size on the size chart. Although rare, it is possible that the garment is mislabeled. Let me know and we will look for a suitable solution.


-All personalized sale items are FINAL and not eligible for return.

-Exchanging is not allowed. You must return your item and then place a new order in your desired size. I'm a very small company, and because each shirt is made especially for you I don't have a lot of stock. Thank you for understanding and supporting small businesses.

-My policy lasts 14 days. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, I cannot offer a refund or exchange.

-To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.

- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

-There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted;

- a single item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to my fault.
-Some items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Damaged items:

The last thing I want is for you to be stuck with a damaged piece. If an order arrives damaged, please contact info@maximethys.com with a photo within 14 days of receipt.

Unclaimed:

Shipments that are not claimed will be returned to our facility and the purchaser will be liable for the cost of a return.

Refund Policy

-The policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately I cannot offer a refund or exchange.

-There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted;

Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to my fault.
Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

    Once your return has been received and checked, I will send you an email to inform you that I have received the returned item. I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.


    Late or missing refunds:
    If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Then contact your bank. Often there is some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Discounted items:
    Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately discounted sale items cannot be refunded.

    Redeem:
    I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the item for the same item (if possible and in stock), please email me at info@maximethys.com and I'll see what we can do.

    Shipping/return :
    To return your product, please email me at info@maximethys.com and I will tell you what to do next.
    You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the costs of the return shipment will be added if the reason for the return is an error on my part.

    If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. This helps to guarantee that I will receive the returned item(s).
